Production Company Logo
When creating our production company logo, we couldn't decide what to do. I came up with the idea of putting our 3 initials into a name. At first, it was SCK, which to us really didn't sound right. Sebastian mentioned that if we pull the M from Matias, we could make it look like a camera and change the K to R from my last name, which turned into SMR. Which sounded pretty smooth, so we decided to keep it.
The name itself is too short, as I said earlier, that is why my partner recommended making the M look like a camera. Coming up with the design was easy, and the more challenging part was forming. We wanted it to look appealing and professional, as many other companies' logos are really memorable, and even with some films, they add a special spin to it that follows what the film will be about. You can see that our logo has evolved from a set of letters to a full logo. I like the touch of how the M looks like a camera, and if you were wondering where the green came from, it turned out to be all our favorite colors. Now, because we are not a professional production company and don't have much of a budget, we decided to work with what we had to try to animate our logo.
